Are there any computer games where you build your own community?

I want games like Dragonvale, Tap Zoo, Tap Fish, or City Story. All these games are on iPod but I want games on the computer. I want a game where you have income and you build homes or shelter and you can decorate it. Someone please answer, thank you!Are there any computer games where you build your own community?
Well there is a game somewhat similar to that call Spore you can get it on Steam (google if you don't know) but you start as an organism grow into tribes then turn into a civilization then space pretty fun i played it when I was younger you can get it for twenty dollars.
