How do you uninstall computer games when you can't go through the "Add or Remove" option?

I have been trying to unload all of my computer games and they all keep giving me the same error message. The games are stuck and none of them will play. How do i get them out? go and remove the game from the program files..

run regedit from run in start menu

search for the name of the game

Like its ABC so search ABC and remove all registry additions to it
