What computer games should I buy and why?

I just recently bought a nice gaming computer and i am looking for a few good games out there to purchase, i'm open for anything... but maybe a non-MMO RPG for one of them?What computer games should I buy and why?
you can try the elder scrolls morrowind and oblivion also fallout 3.all of these are great games to play.these are wide open large areas to explore and have a blast in.all 3 games have so much to do,main quests,side quests,guilds to join,caves,forts,cities,to explore,great unique weapons and armor to find and kick butt with.plus they have great replay value and if you like to take your time and do every thing in them you can play each one for 300-500 hours and not be bored.hope this helps.have fun with what ever you play.
World of Warcraft is always fun, but if you want to do a first person shooter, I reccomend Battlefield or Arma 2, Dawn of War is fun too.



Age of Empires and Dawn of War: Dark Crusade are good stradegy games,What computer games should I buy and why?
A really good RPG for the PC is Elder Scrolls: Oblivion. The Orange Box is great as well.

a good rpg is diablo 2 it has great single player but is a bit old. resident evil 4 and grand theft auto 4 are also great fps/rpg hybrid title

a bunch of good first person shooters are the halo series, call of duty, gears of war (best 3rd person shooter), deadspace

these are the games that got the highest ratings on reviews and should be the 1st you try before anything else
