Computer makes a noise in full screen games?

Whenever i'm running a computer game in full screen (higher graphics games) i hear this weird noise in my computer and i'm unable to determine where it's coming from. I've tried maxing out my graphics card fan to see if it is because the fan is being made louder but that doesn't sound anything like it. What could it be, could my hard drive be making it possibly?Computer makes a noise in full screen games?
