Bigfish Games actually has a Kids section. You can find games like Dora the Explorer and SpongeBob there.
My younger siblings and cousins play all kinds of games, so I'll try to make a list. Some games that are not aimed at adults but are easy enough for kids are:
Tropical Farm (ridiculously easy dash game)
Farm Mania (every instruction is shown in pictures, and has a casual/untimed mode)
Virtual Families
Bob the Builder (fun learning games for preschool, K, 1st grade)
Jane's Zoo
Super Granny (instructions are spoken, later levels can be too hard though)
Alice Greenfingers (easy, no way to lose)
Finding Doggy
Feeding Frenzy
Story of Fairy Place
Garden Dreams (like Insaniquarium but easier and with plants)
Loco (Zuma clone, very easy, train theme)
Peggle
Purrfect Pet Shop (easy dash game with a cat theme)
Spouts Adventure
Tropix
Yumsters
Feyruna
Puzzle Mania (jigsaw)
Burger Shop 1 and 2 casual mode (can't lose), but you have to win the game in regular mode first
I also recommend Iggle Pop from PopCap Games. It's like PacMan and pretty easy.Computer games at Reflexive or Bigfish that would be good for 5 and 6 year old girls?
Try Fishdom and Maggie the Gardener. Maggie isn't really a game, you just decorate beautiful gardens.
