What should I do to stop my brother from installing games in my computer?

I just hate it when my brother always installed any kind of software in my own computer .especially computer games .and I've heard some of my friends comments that some of the installed computer games will totally destroyed the computer .I'm damn worried .Thank you so much for your answers .What should I do to stop my brother from installing games in my computer?

maybe you can add an account (username) for him on the log-in screen. that way, you can set one of you as the administrator (you).



if you choose that option, your computer will allow you, and only you, to create a password. that password can allow or not allow installations to occur.



if your brother tries to install something, he will be asked for the password.



make this password something he will not figure out, like something at school you wouldn't ever have told him about.

Assuming you're using Windows you should create two user accounts, one for you and one for your brother. You do this through the Control Panel. You should already have an account for yourself, so you will probably just need to create an account for your brother.



You should create your brother as an ordinary user, while leaving yourself as an administrator. You shuold also give yourself a password that he does not know and cannot guess.



An ordinary user cannot install software software that will affect other users, so assuming you have decent anti-malware software you should be safe.



You need to get into the habit of pressing Windows+L before walking away from your PC so make sure it is always locked when you are not with it.What should I do to stop my brother from installing games in my computer?
Computer games are not harmful to PC till you know how to install it properly.If they had been harmful,computer games would not be made only.However you can take one precaution before installing any doubtful game/software .Do it as shown below:

2. Click on create a restore point

3.Close system restore after the restore point is created.

4. If any problem occurs then restore your PC using the restore point u created , otherwise leave it as such.



This way you and your brother ,both will remain happy.
